Is the ad spend included in the price?
No — ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Our fee covers strategy, creation, and management. This is standard across every agency. We recommend $1,000/mo minimum on Launch and $2,000/mo minimum on Scale to give campaigns enough data to optimize properly.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
Because ads take time to work. The first 30 days are data collection. Days 30–60 are optimization. Days 60–90 are when things compound. Agencies that let you cancel after 30 days are setting you up to quit right before results hit. We require 3 months because we're serious about delivering them.
What happens after the 3-month minimum?
It goes month-to-month. No contracts, no auto-renewals to fight, no retention tactics. If you want to stay, great. If not, we'll give you a clean handoff with all your assets, logins, and campaign data. Most clients stay 12+ months because results compound over time.
